TEN Recruitment is working with a well-established WA developer/builder seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their South of River team. With a strong project pipeline and a reputation for career progression, this is an opportunity to step into a structured, supportive environment where you can quickly progress into a senior role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer contracts from award through to close-out
- Prepare variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
- Manage subcontractor agreements, procurement, and compliance
- Support financial reporting and project forecasting
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure strong commercial outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven CA experience within WA commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and cost control
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Experience with industry software and systems
- Full Australian working rights and Perth-based experience
What’s On Offer:
- $150K – $170K + Super
