The Role

About You

Your talents will include:

- Previous experience of efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest of standards
- The creation and maintenance of a cleaning schedule for the kitchen
- Familiarity of maintaining food hygiene standards
- Passionate to ensure that all access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling clean
- Respectful of processes and procedures
- Ability to work with ambitious chefs to support the kitchen operations
- Some experience of assisting with deliveries and stock management
- You will be an effective communicator who can openly work with all departments of the hotel
