As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and manage contract documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements.

- Assist in tender preparation and evaluation, including compiling subcontractor and supplier agreements.

- Monitor and manage contract performance, variations, claims, and extensions of time.

- Maintain accurate records of contract correspondence, approvals, and documentation.

- Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve contract and commercial issues.

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient and compliant contract management processes.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator. The ideal candidate will have:

- Bachelor’s degree or above.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration, ideally within the manufacturing sector.

- Sound understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement processes.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.

- Experience using CabMaster to review scope documents, verify technical details, or prepare supporting drawings for contract packages will be viewed as a strong advantage.
