ABOUT THE ROLE

Don’t want to be stuck behind a desk? Have a passion for cars? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our branch based in Salisbury Plain, 5109. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for the interior and exterior detailing of cars, working in our outdoor environment.You will assist with general floor and auction duties as required. On‑the‑job training will be provided; however, experiencewill be highly regarded. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Detailing the exterior and interior of all automotive assets ensuring they are highly presentable.

- Safely removing number plates and registration stickers and disposing of them in accordance with Pickles procedures.

- Providing general assistance and delivering excellent customer service to vendors and buyers

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure the auction cycle is managed efficiently and all stakeholders have a great experience with Pickles.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Adaptable and flexible in fast paced environments

- Organised with a solution focused approach to work

- Clear and effective communicator

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to learn software packages quickly

- A valid forklift licence will be beneficial, but not essential
