About the role

Join a passionate, progressive team at South West Healthcare (SWH) as a Clinical Pharmacist Grade 1 and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional, patient-centred care. You'll be at the heart of clinical decision-making, working across diverse inter-professional teams to ensure medication safety and optimise outcomes. The pharmacy team are required to work as rostered including some weekends, public holidays, early shifts and on-call.

Position overview

- Employment Type: Full time, Fixed Term position ending 30 Sept 2026
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Pharmacist Grade 1
- Salary Range: $68,244.80 - $91,785.20 per annum pro rata, plus superannuation

What you bring

The successful applicants must hold a recognised Bachelor of Pharmacy from an approved tertiary institution and hold general registration as a Pharmacist by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with no restrictions to practice.

Experience in the provision of hospital pharmacy services is highly desirable, but not a requirement.
