As a Senior Manager in Corporate Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace environment. You will take a proactive approach to managing corporate real estate services, ensuring a strong focus on project management, quality assurance, governance, and risk management. Your role will involve overseeing the preparation and execution of strategic project plans, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with organisational priorities. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to build and maintain strong business relationships, ensuring services are tailored to meet the needs of the organisation. Additionally, you will drive innovation by leveraging data-driven insights, identifying opportunities for transformation, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Your work will ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, corporate policies, and operational risk obligations, contributing to a superior workplace experience for all employees.

- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to develop, execute, and monitor project plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes
