Known for its down-to-earth, client-focused approach and supportive culture, the firm promotes a genuinely balanced working environment — most staff are done by 5pm, and there are no core billable hour requirements.
About the Role: We're seeking lawyers with a solid background in Wills & Estates and ideally some exposure to property, conveyancing, and commercial matters.
This is a client-facing, critical role where you'll manage a steady stream of matters for a loyal local client base, predominantly within the residential market and small business community.
You'll be backed by a strong admin team and head office support, ensuring you can focus on delivering outstanding service to clients without being bogged down by admin or billing pressures.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing Wills & Estates matters from start to finish
- Assisting with property and conveyancing files as needed
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to the supportive, collaborative team culture

About You: We'd love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years PQE in Wills & Estates (or a strong property / commercial background with some estates experience)
A confident, client-focused approach
The ability to manage files autonomously while being a reliable team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
