About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business. Our alternative asset and accounting services are highly respected. We invest in learning and technology to provide seamless client experiences.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

- Administer hedge fund portfolios according to administration agreements.

- Assist with Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements, and reports.

- Collaborate with the Investor Relations group.

- Meet fund participant expectations and deadlines.

- Support auditors and prepare annual reports.

- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Net Asset Values, including:

- Maintaining fund activities in our accounting system

- Cash and portfolio reconciliations

- Pricing and analysis of fund portfolios

- Income and expense accruals

- Partner/shareholder allocation calculations

- Financial statement preparation

- Ad hoc reports as needed

Qualifications

About You:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

- Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Attention to detail and a desire to improve
