One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage a highly skilledESM Technical Specialist to design, implement and maintain their Enterprise Service Management platform. You will also work closely with various departments and business units to ensure the ESM platform meets the organisations needs and overall service delivery. The role can be based from Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth with flexible working arrangements also available. The successful ESM Technical Specialist will be offered an 18 month contract with an 18 month extension option.

The successful ESM Technical Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Developing and implementing ESM solutions that align with business requirements
- Performing regular system updates, patches and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Providing technical support and training to users addressing any issues or concerns
- Balancing the costs of implementing and maintaining the ESM platform to ensure value for the organisation

The successful ESM Technical Specialist will have experience in the following:

- Proficiency in ESM tools such as ServiceNow, Helix, Jira and Cloud
- ITIL foundation or higher ITIL level qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large Enterprise environment
- Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for ESM configurations
