Hourly rate $65 - $75 ph. based on experience

About the role :
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator / Technical Support Officer to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise IT environments.
If you're passionate about systems engineering and service management, and thrive in complex environments, this role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Required Skills :
This role requires deep technical expertise in:

- Microsoft enterprise environments – Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Certificate Services

- Cloud platforms – Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams

- Enterprise backup and disaster recovery – Dell PowerProtect, DataDomain

- Scripting and automation – PowerShell, Bicep, Azure Infrastructure as Code

- Virtualisation technologies – VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V

- Networking – Cisco, WAN, Azure Virtual Networks

- Security and application delivery – Palo Alto, F5, Azure Network Security Groups

- A tertiary qualification or ITIL certification or several years experience in similar roles

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
