What You’ll Do
- Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads via phone or Zoom
- Help clients understand their options and choose the best policy
- Follow a proven sales process using our training and tools
- Set and hit personal production goals
- Deliver excellent service and follow up with clients
- Stay coachable and plugged into weekly training
What You Need
- Self-motivation and discipline to work from home
- A willingness to learn and apply feedback
- Ability to get a life insurance license quickly if you don't already have one
- A quiet, professional workspace and internet access
