You will make an impact by

- Leading the development of engaging digital campaigns that inspire and inform.
- Overseeing management of Council’s website as a key communications channel.
- Championing accessibility and inclusivity across all digital platforms.
- Empowering a talented team to think boldly and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborating across the organisation to bring Council initiatives to life through compelling visual storytelling.

What you will bring

- A fresh, energetic mindset with a flair for creative digital storytelling.
- An understanding and/or experience in website design, development and optimisation.
- Graphic design and/or videography skills to elevate visual communications.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across diverse teams.
- Experience in digital strategy, content creation and campaign delivery.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG 2.1) and digital compliance.
- Leadership qualities – whether formal or informal – with a desire to inspire and grow others.
