About you:

You consistently receive high‑quality feedback from students and peers and bring deep expertise in designing, developing and delivering engaging, inclusive, and future‑ready accounting curricula. With experience in creating impactful first‑year undergraduate and online/asynchronous learning experiences, you embrace innovative pedagogical approaches such as technology‑enhanced, AI‑enabled and gamified learning. Recognised through institutional, national or international teaching awards, you are also an effective curriculum leader, skilled at designing student‑centred, standards‑based programmes and leading curriculum renewal and assurance of learning initiatives. You ensure alignment with accreditation standards (AACSB, CPA/CAANZ, EQUIS), drive continuous improvement through programme reviews and benchmarking, and mentor colleagues to strengthen teaching excellence. Committed to ongoing professional development, you continually enhance your pedagogical and leadership capabilities to foster outstanding learning experiences and student success.
You will possess:
- Completion of a doctoral qualification in Accounting, Accounting Education or a relevant field or equivalent accreditation and standing;
- Advanced assessment literacy, demonstrated through leadership in the design, implementation and evaluation of structurally aligned and standards‑based assessment systems that are valid, reliable, transparent, inclusive, authentic;
