TeamKids - OSHC / Childcare - Coordinator (Director of Service)

Details

Service Location: Thornbury VIC, 3071

Service Specific: Dedicated space, approximately 30 children, Vacation Care

Work Arrangement: This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for admin hours between service times. You'll be supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager.

Split Shifts: Monday to Friday
BSC: 7am-9am
ASC: 2.30pm-6pm
Admin: 10.50
Total: 38 hours

The Role

Be the Leader Who Makes a Lasting Impact. What is a Director of Service? You'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

- Fun: Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.

The Successful Candidate

- You're a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart.
- Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN
- Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
