Job Description
About the Role:
As the Admissions Officer, you will assist with the coordination of the admissions process for our residential care facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both our residents and their families.
Key responsibilities:
- Keep an accurate list of all available rooms to support the smooth operation of the admissions process.
- Maintain a currentresident waitlist database.
- Maximise occupancy and strengthen the pipeline of incoming residents.
- Manage admissions inquiries through our Salesforce and AutumnCare systems.
- Collaborate with clinical staff prior to offering rooms to ensure suitability.
- Assist with managing accommodation payments and contributions.
- Prepare Admissions Agreements.

- Demonstrated experience working in an administrative capacity preferably in a health care setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellence in customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working in an environment that requires initiative, innovation and improvement.
- Well developed skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Permanent working rights within Australia.
- National Police Clearance.
