We are seeking a Business Leader to guide our highly successful team to new heights as we deliver one-of-a-kind holidays and experiences to our discerning clientele.
Your one-of-a-kind new role: As a Travel Associates Business Leader, you will bring your proven leadership and mentoring experience combined with travel consultant experience to the role. You will be responsible for ensuring the success and growth of the business and your consultants within. You will lead a team comprised of Australia’s most respected advisors and become a part of the country’s largest network of Virtuoso agents – connecting you to the world’s best luxury travel advisors, suppliers, and industry partners. You will support your team in their efforts to deliver exclusive benefits to every single client in order to build and maintain their own repeat and referral database, generated through our luxury and local marketing avenues.
Role location: Broadbeach, Queensland, Australia (QLD)
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Travel Associates consultants to achieve business growth and exceptional client service.
- Ensure the success and development of your consultants and the overall business.
- Engage with Virtuoso network partners and leverage the group’s resources to benefit clients and staff.
- Support the team in delivering exclusive benefits to clients to build repeat and referral business through luxury and local marketing channels.
