About the Role

We are seeking two dedicated full‑time Pharmacists (PIC and second Pharmacist) to join our dynamic team in a fast‑paced pharmacy. As Pharmacist in Charge you will be responsible for guiding and leading the dispensary team, working alongside 2 full‑time Pharmacists and 2 Retail Managers. You will dispense and check prescriptions, provide counselling on medications and OTC products, deliver 8CPA professional services, and support community health initiatives.

As a Pharmacist you will play a vital role in accurate dispensing, patient counselling, vaccinations, medication management, and providing exceptional healthcare advice and service to the community. You will contribute to the successful delivery of 8CPA professional services and health programs while working closely with the Pharmacist in Charge and the supportive team to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.

- You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- You have good attention to detail.

- You have the ability to work in a team environment.

- You are highly focused on the customer and customer service.

- You have strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to use initiative.

- You are accredited to vaccinate or willing to obtain accreditation.

- You are familiar with Fred dispense.

The Offer

You will be required to work 38‑45 hours per week on a flexible, negotiable roster that may include some weekend work. We offer an attractive hourly rate of $50‑$70 per hour + super negotiable, based on your experience, along with a relocation allowance of up to $2000 for the ideal candidate.
