Our client is a reputable builder with over 20 years of experience in the residential building industry, including but not limited to single and two-storey projects and custom home builds.
About the role:
As a Prestart Consultant, you will offer expert guidance and support throughout the entire Prestart process. Your main duties will include ensuring seamless operations, facilitating successful project delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
1. Coordinate and finalize Prestart selections for various types of builds, including single and double-story custom and project builds.
2. Administer contractual documents.
3. Prepare agendas and variations.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience as a Prestart Consultant.
- Or 1+ year experience as an interior designer for a building supplier in a selections role.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with clear communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
