The successful applicant must:
- Be enrolled to study as a CITE Alliance student with Eastern College Australia or Christian Heritage College
- Be able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education.
- Have current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis Certificate or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
- Be willing to get involved in all aspects of the College's programs and opportunities.
- Have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

Applicants are to include a Resume, Letter of Application, Pastoral Reference Letter and complete the screening questions as part of the application process. Applicants will also need to provide a list of three referees.
A Working with Children's Check, and a Police Check less than three months old are mandatory prior to being hired. A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and CPR Certificate (HLTAID009) are also required prior to starting in the role.
