Packaging Technologist

We are looking for a specialist to take responsibility for all packaging related activities and lead the packaging design of new products and bring them to market efficiently. The role will work closely with our suppliers and all internal stakeholders to ensure that packaging design meets Lindt's branding guidelines.

About the role:

The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide expertise and management of packaging related activities. This role will work closely with all internal stakeholders on all activities associated with packaging development, quality and supplier engagement. This will include leading packaging sustainability for Lindt and related de-carbonisation projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Act as the expert across packaging projects driving the sustainability and de-carbonisation agenda across packaging.
- Lead projects and ensure communication on project status and related outcomes is provided to key stakeholders.
- Key support to seasonal marketing for specific packaging development and sustainability.
- The lead for all Australian Recycle logos, includes enquiries, creation and input for product development.
- Build and maintain relationships with our packaging suppliers to ensure packaging designs meet Lindt brand guidelines.

What you will bring:

- Previous experience within FMCG and Packaging
- Previous experience successfully leading projects
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Highly organised and able to multi-task
- Able to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field desirable
