Your pharmacy background, ability to understand customer needs and proactive approach to solving problems are what we’re looking for./n /n

About the Role
Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will:/n /n /n
- Act as a key contact for clients, providing ongoing product and account support. /n
- Build strong relationships and understand each customer’s requirements. /n
- Manage customer enquiries and coordinate solutions through to resolution. /n
- Coordinate product requirements and projects, keeping customers informed along the way. /n
- Manage orders, forecasting, quotations, pricing and reconciliations. /n
- Identify opportunities to add value and grow existing customer relationships. /n
- Support business development activities and improvements to internal processes. /n /n About You/n /nIdeally, you’re a community pharmacist who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering excellent service—and you’re ready to apply those strengths in a commercial environment./n /n You will bring:/n /n /n
- A qualification in pharmacy, ideally with community pharmacy experience. /n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. /n
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and follow-through. /n
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and working with internal and external stakeholders. /n
- A proactive, customer-focused approach. /n
- An interest in developing your commercial, account management and business development skills. /n Candidates with relevant pharmaceutical or scientific qualifications and strong client-facing experience are also encouraged to apply./n /n What’s on Offer?/n /n /n
