This exciting Clinical Pharmacist - Grade 2 role is based in the Central Highlands of Victoria, just 100 kms from Melbourne's CBD. Job Specification:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented pharmacist to provide high-quality, unit-based clinical pharmacy services while expanding your expertise in advanced practice areas. Key responsibilities include credentialing for Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and other advanced scope programs; rotations across multiple clinical streams; supporting learners; and working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient continuity of care.

Skills Required:

- General AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Previous clinical experience and an interest in advanced practice areas.

Salary & Benefits:
$46.87 - $53.04 per hour
Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM + occasional Saturday shifts
