The Opportunity

This is the perfect role for a recent graduate (TAFE or university) looking to launch their career in structural drafting.

As a Graduate Structural Drafter, you'll:

- Work on a wide range of residential projects across Brisbane

- Create and prepare structural drawings using timber, steel, concrete, and masonry

- Receive ongoing mentoring from experienced engineers and drafters

- Gradually gain exposure to small commercial projects as the business grows

- Be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment

What You'll Need

- ✔ A relevant certificate or diploma in engineering, drafting, or design (e.g. TAFE, RMIT, etc.)

- ✔ Experience using AutoCAD (e.g. from a placement, internship, or coursework)

- ✔ A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn

- ✔ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
