We are located in Morley, serving families from Kiara, Eden Hill, Lockridge, Beechboro, Noranda, and Bennett Springs. Our renovated centre offers a dynamic indoor and outdoor learning environment with spacious spaces and rich educational resources. The role is for a Lead Educator who is a passionate, dedicated professional focused on creating an outstanding learning environment for children.

At capacity the centre caters for up to 65 children with operating hours from 7am to 6pm.

About You – What You Bring to Our Team

You are a qualified and passionate early childhood educator who is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences and nurturing environments for young children. We are seeking individuals who embody the following:

- Fully Qualified Diploma Educator: ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with confidence and competence in professional practice.
- Strong Knowledge of Frameworks: Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS) and the ability to apply them to deliver high-quality programs.
- Experience in Early Childhood Settings: Hands-on experience with children aged 0–5 years; skilled in creating safe, inclusive, and stimulating environments that support development.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with families, colleagues, and children; strong documentation and collaboration.
- Compliance and Safety Preparedness: Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training to ensure safety and care.
