Boral is looking for an experienced Asphalt (Spray Seal) Crew Member to join our team in Wagga Wagga.

As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for operating mobile construction equipment for road surfacing works and engaging in general hand labouring tasks.

Your day will involve:

- Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment
- Safely and efficiently operate spray seal mobile plant equipment
- Maintain company trucks and plant equipment
- Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Boral WHS policies, meeting safety and environmental standards

What are we looking for?

- Experience in asphalt road surfacing
- Available to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required
- Current heavy vehicle driver's licence (HR) or any plant operation tickets will be highly regarded
- White card
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home as required
- Strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus
