Bupa Banora Point is a delightful care home set in a suburb of Tweed Heads in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. You'll be close to the local community with shops, parks, schools and churches nearby. It consists of 103 beds, with a variety of care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

Permanent Full time and Part time opportunity, paying $33.27 per hour + super.No sponsorship at this stage.

What will you bring?

- Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
- A passion and energy for world class care
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
