Role overview
We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Account Executive ready to own the full sales cycle and drive outbound growth in the Australian market.
The role - what you’ll do:
As an Account Executive, you’ll drive new business growth by identifying potential partners and converting them into successful partnerships. Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll own and manage the full 360° sales cycle (from outreach, demo to closing) while aligning with the Head of Sales to support our strategic goals.
The day-to-day:
- Proactively build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts using a mix of outbound strategies (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, events) and inbounds.
- Develop & demonstrate consultative selling techniques.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their needs and challenges, and tailoring solutions to demonstrate the value and impact of our product in a competitive and evolving market.
- Contribute to the evolution of the sales process by sharing best practices, improving internal workflows, and supporting the team with coaching and peer learning, becoming a reliable go-to person within the sales team.
Goals & Objectives:
- Meet the targeted revenue goal each month.
About you - what we are looking for
We’re looking for a proven Account Executive with solid years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS / Tech / FinTech.
- You're a pro at managing a clean, high-performing pipeline. You know your CRM inside-out, keeping every deal, note, and stage up to date. You bring structure and clarity to the sales process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Strong outbound sales experience, including both digital and in-person prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, events, webinars, etc.).
