Join our OSHC Team as a Casual, Diploma‑Qualified Educator – Gympie
St Patrick’s Outside School Hours Care, located on the grounds of St Patrick’s Primary School in Gympie, is seeking a dedicated, diploma‑qualified educator to join our friendly team.
As a valued team member reporting to the Service Coordinator, you’ll help shape an enjoyable and meaningful OSHC experience. You will design and deliver fun, engaging and interactive programs for school‑aged children, bringing your own ideas to enhance activities and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
Our service cares for up to 30 children before school, after school and during vacation periods. We operate from a dedicated room and pride ourselves on our warm, welcoming community and supportive team culture.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…
- Providing nurturing care for children

Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Children Services or ACECQA equivalent.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school‑aged children in a play‑based environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
