Our client is an established investment and asset management organisation seeking aParalegal or Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary to join their legal team on a part-time basis.

This four-day-per-week role is offered as a 12 month fixed-term contract. It presents an excellent opportunity for a career legal administrative professional or career Paralegal to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and purpose-driven financial services legal environment. This role is also open to more junior Paralegal candidates who are still fulfilling their study requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal admin support across contracts, policies, and procedures;
- Maintain legal registers, documentation, and intranet content;
- Assist with contract execution, AML/KYC, and compliance reporting;
- Coordinate external legal services and support audit responses; AND
- Contribute to onboarding, training, and legal process improvements.

Technical Skills & Qualifications required include:

- Law Student or experienced Paralegal from a large, medium or quality boutique law firm, or in-house legal team or career legal administration professional;
- Interest in funds management and financial services law ideally;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal; AND
- Highly organised individual with strong attention to detail keen to work proactively in a small team environment.

This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal or Legal Secretarial/Administration professional to support a highly regarded funds management organisation while gaining deep exposure to a broad range of funds management legal work.
