We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join Applejack Hospitality, which operates some of Sydney's finest bars and restaurants, including The Botanist, The Butler, SoCal Sydney, and others.

Position Details

Join Our Team as a Kitchen Hand

Are you passionate about food and looking to kickstart your culinary career? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our talented chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

- Dishwashing: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Cleaning and Sanitising: Ensure kitchen surfaces and equipment are clean and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
- Stock Management: Assist in monitoring and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
- Opportunities for Food Preparation: Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
