The Registrations Consultant role supports members by registering construction industry employers and achieving positive outcomes for them. By applying relevant legislation, guidelines, and business policies and procedures to all queries, this role provides education to members, ensuring appropriate compliance as well as a positive member experience to register our employers under the scheme.

Job Description

- Highly driven and self-motivated.

- Detail-oriented and quality-focused, paying attention to the details and can make a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects.
- A passionate advocate for the member.
- Well-developed verbal, listening, comprehension and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, planning, delivery, and management of stakeholder expectations.
- Able to communicate, build relationships and collaborate with a diverse range and level of stakeholders.
- Able to respond appropriately in difficult situations and employ resilience.

Desired Skills and Experience

Prior experience in a member-focused or case management style role will be highly regarded. This team works on a Hybrid roster system, allowing you flexibility. Our office is located very close to Parliament station in the Melbourne CBD.
