15h Left Operational Support Officer

Based at our Leongatha Depot, you’ll be a key part of the Operational Support Team, providing administrative support across both the Infrastructure Maintenance and Open Space & Environment departments.

As the key point of customer contact, you'll have strong communication skills and know how to engage with people in a professional and approachable way. Your problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills will bring a calm approach to challenges. Above all, you’re a team player who enjoys working collaboratively while making a positive contribution to the South Gippsland community.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you/'ll bring:

- Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service/reception, and administration role and/or a Certificate in business administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, document and request handling systems, including spreadsheets and databases.
- Well-developed and demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
- Sound communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
