We’re looking for a Solution Architect who can connect business vision with technical brilliance. You’ll shape and deliver integrated solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure — empowering teams, enhancing experiences, and driving innovation that matters.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the design of scalable, future-focused solutions across GMHBA’s technology landscape.
- Collaborate with business, data, and tech teams to align solutions with strategic goals.
- Be the go-to expert for architecture decisions that balance innovation with practicality.
- Simplify complexity — translate technical detail into clear business value.
- Drive continuous improvement and champion best-practice architecture, including scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that leverage low-code/no-code platforms where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain reusable architecture patterns and artefacts to support consistency and scalability.
- Design integration solutions across enterprise systems, including CRM, HR, and data platforms

Desired Skills and Experience

What You Bring

- Strong technical understanding across data, application, and infrastructure layers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Bonus points for certifications such as TOGAF, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SAFe, or ITIL.
- A collaborative, future-focused mindset — and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
