We/'re Hiring: Customer Service Team Member - Allied Health

Location: North Strathfield | Full-Time | ️ Client-Facing Role

We/'re looking for a motivated and emerging leader to join our client/'s team as an Customer Service Team Member - Allied Health. This is a transitional role designed to accommodate candidates entering at a mid-level, with clear opportunities for growth, while also welcoming experienced individuals ready to hit the ground running at a higher level.

This position is based at their North Strathfield clinic and supports customer service operations across two sites, as well as their community-based Occupational therapy and Physiotherapy services. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy centre, while contributing to the delivery of high-quality service to healthcare professionals and patients.

Responsibilities

- Provide face-to-face client support including Welcome, bookings and billing
- Support administrative functions for our Community Occupational therapy and Physiotherapy teams
- Liaise with third parties and assist with stock and ordering
- Collaborate with a multi-site customer service team and report directly to the Director

Requirements / Qualifications

- A minimum of 6 months as a Practice Administrator/Assistant Practice Manager/Customer Service Team Member
- Experience in customer service or healthcare administration
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent time-management skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
