You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. In this role you will:* Be responsible for patient minding duties* Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems* Respond to aggression and emergency incidents, including restraints* Act as a customer service ambassador for both our customers and healthcare staff* Ensure the personal safety of staff, visitors, and property**Skills & Experience:*** Certificate II in Security Operations and current Working with Children's Clearance* Current SA Security License and Driver's license* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills* Must be fully COVID vaccinated* Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia.If you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or license, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
