Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and delivery of multi-residential and mixed-use projects from concept to completion
- Coordinate consultant teams and manage documentation across all project stages
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing
- Ensure design intent is upheld through detailed documentation and construction
- Work closely with directors, clients, and collaborators to maintain quality and timelines

Skills & Experience

- 8 - 10 years’ experience with strong multi-residential project exposure
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred, or willing to upskill
- Registered Architect or on the pathway to registration
- Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with consultants and clients
