JAG has opened its newest store in Bondi Beach, Australia, and we’re on the lookout for a passionate, style-savvy Casual Sales Consultant to join our team.
About JAG: JAG is designed to offer high-quality and easy-to-wear wardrobe staples under a modern lens that reflects the relaxed and laidback mood of a coastal Australian lifestyle. We focus on responsible design and production, using natural fibres wherever possible, and incorporating certified fibres, including organic traceable cotton. Quality pieces that are made to last are part of our ethos. We work with our suppliers to create beautifully constructed garments with longevity.
About the Role: Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, this role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.
About You
- Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)
- A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
- An obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry
- Thrive on teamwork and collaboration
- Are goal oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs
- Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions
- Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets
- Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience
- Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image
