MuleSoft Integration Architect
Permanent – Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
$180,000 – $200,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Are you ready to lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise integrations?

CalibrX has partnered with one of Australia’s leading Salesforce partners to find a seasoned MuleSoft Integration Architect. This is a key role in their growing integration practice – owning pre-sales, solution design, and technical leadership across high-impact MuleSoft projects.

We’re looking for someone who brings a deep understanding of integration patterns, enterprise architecture, and the MuleSoft platform – and who can step into a client-facing leadership role with confidence.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead integration architecture for key clients from pre-sales through to delivery

- Own solution design across iPaaS and on-premise environments, with a strong focus on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

- Guide and mentor integration teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and performant solutions

- Run workshops, define integration strategy, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders

- Contribute to best practices, capability uplift, and thought leadership in the integration space

- Engage in architecture boards and endorse proposed solutions

- Be hands-on where needed to guide delivery and troubleshoot complex challenges

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience leading integration architecture in enterprise environments

- Advanced expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform – CloudHub, RTF, API Manager, DataWeave, Anypoint Studio or Code Builder

- Strong knowledge of API-led design, security/authentication, and enterprise integration patterns

- Experience in pre-sales: running workshops, responding to RFPs, building SOWs and estimates

- Experience across DevOps, CI/CD practices, and Agile delivery

- MuleSoft certifications (Integration Architect, Platform Architect) highly regarded
