Position: Full time Restaurant Manger
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and supervise daily restaurant operations.

• Collaborate with management, chefs and cooks for smooth operation

• Ensure food quality, service, and hygiene standards are maintained.

• Manage staff, including rostering, training, and performance.

• Monitor stock, order supplies, and control costs.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues.

• Oversee financial transactions and support budgeting/reporting.

What We're Looking For:

At least one year experience as a restaurant manager
Relevant qualification in hospitality
Creativity and passion for food and presentation
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
