The opportunity

We are seeking a REVIT & AutoCAD Technician to join our Drafting & Design team in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute major infrastructure projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and learn directly from experienced engineers.

Whether you/'re relatively early on in your drafting career or bring years of experience, we/'re committed to supporting your growth. You/'ll receive mentoring, hands on training, and ongoing development to help you build and refine your drafting skills.

What you do

- Technical Drafting: Apply engineering design fundamentals to produce technical drawings using REVIT & AutoCAD.
- Collaboration: Liaise with engineering and design teams to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.
- Project Contribution: Support the delivery of major infrastructure projects, including bridge and structural drafting, while learning to design in a range of materials.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold documentation standards and apply necessary revisions to maintain quality outcomes.
- Professional Development: Ongoing support to develop recognised technical skills and progress toward certification

What You Bring

- REVIT Expertise: Knowledge and experience using REVIT & AutoCAD for technical drafting and design.
- Infrastructure Experience: Experience in technical drawing and drafting for infrastructure projects.
- Time Management: Ability to deliver projects within short timeframes while maintaining quality.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and communicate technical information effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address defined problems using established procedures and actively seek guidance when required.
- Growth Mindset: Willing to step outside comfort zone and embrace new challenges
