Store Manager – Chermside, Brisbane, Australia. A prestigious Australian menswear retailer specialising in elevated suiting and contemporary business attire. The role is a brand-new store leadership opportunity in the Queensland market, with a focus on quality, fit, and a premium customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the new store: lead and develop a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and set the standard for premium menswear retail.
- Collaborate with head office to provide feedback on product trends, local customer preferences, and store operations.
- Drive sales and profitability, execute visual merchandising standards, and improve store performance.
- Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and roster flexibility to support business needs.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience leading in a retail environment—menswear or fashion retail preferred
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and build a top-performing team culture
- Strong commercial instincts with a track record of driving sales and improving store performance
- Confident, clear communicator with customers, team members, and head office
- A keen eye for menswear trends and a genuine passion for premium retail
- Comfortable navigating change and fast-paced environments
- Availability to work weekends as part of a flexible full-time schedule
