R&D Tax Consultant (All Levels) Join Evolv3 – Shape the Future of Innovation and Advisory

We’re partnering with Evolv3 to find experienced professionals in R&D Tax Advisory to join their growing team in Perth. While we’re particularly keen to connect with Senior R&D Tax Accountants and Managers, Evolv3 is now open to meeting strong candidates across all levels.

With a sharp, commercially minded team and a strong reputation across mining, tech, health, and engineering, they work closely with innovators to fuel growth.

The Opportunity

Whether you’re ready to step up or already operating at a senior level, this is a chance to work hands-on with business owners, CFOs, and technical leads, understanding how innovation happens and translating that into robust, compliant R&D tax claims.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or support the end-to-end delivery of R&D Tax Incentive claims

- Engage directly with clients to scope eligible R&D activities

- Prepare and/or review technical documentation and costing summaries

- Interpret legislation and advise on eligibility and structuring

- Collaborate with internal experts on broader innovation and commercialisation strategies

- Stay up to date with changes in legislation and ATO guidance

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in R&D Tax, accounting, or commercial advisory

- Strong technical ability with a practical, client-first approach

- Confidence communicating with stakeholders across all levels

- A passion for innovation and problem-solving

- Leadership potential for more senior candidates

Salary: Senior - $110,000 package and DOE for all levels above.
