About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused team member to join our Hobart branch in a full-time fixed-term position until April/May 2026.
You’ll be the face of our brand, helping guests start and end their RV adventures. Your day will include:
- Demonstrating vehicle features (training provided)
- Selling ancillary products (e.g. reduction options, tables & chairs)
- Ensuring guests have a smooth and memorable experience
This is a 7-day operation, so weekend and public holiday availability is essential. In return, we offer a competitive commission structure for ancillary sales.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has customer service or sales experience
- Holds a valid open driver’s licence
- Is enthusiastic, positive, and enjoys helping others
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Communicates clearly and listens well (many guests speak English as a second language)
- Is tech-savvy and confident using apps
- Can manage conflict and negotiate effectively
- Works well in a team
Bonus points if you speak German or another European language (not essential).
