New graduates are encouraged to apply.The Grade 1 Physiotherapist works alongside the Multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical physiotherapy to clients/patients using evidence based clinical practice skills.**The Position*** Provide high quality evidence based physiotherapy assessments and treatments for all patients/clients, including the provision of hydrotherapy treatments where applicable.* Using patient-centered care work with the patient to develop appropriate physiotherapy treatment goals and plans for all patients/clients.* Ensure that direct working relationships are established and maintained with multi-disciplinary colleagues and internal/external customers including active participation in the multidisciplinary team meetings* Use of Evidence Based Patient treatment outcome measures and use of Patient feedback satisfaction measures and quality assurance activities* Participate in the physiotherapy department weekend roster if required.* Assist with education and training programs for students as requested* Responsible for completing appropriate administrative duties arising from each session instructed.
