ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Chef to join our close-knit team on part-time basis at our superb venue Breakers Country Club in Wamberal, NSW
As a Chef, your role will consist of preparing and cooking a variety of dining options whilst maintaining the highest standards and executing high quality, wholesome and well-presented meals for our customers to ensure that we continue to create memorable experiences.
More specifically, some of your key duties will include:
- Manage efficient and high quality food preparation
- Maintain presentation and consistency of food served
- Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals
- Monitoring of stock levels and complete stock rotations
- Ensure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning duties
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality
ABOUT YOU
To be successful for this role, you should have the following:
- Previous experience working in a high paced Kitchen
- Hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Hold a Food Handling Certificate
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, night, weekends and public holidays
