(High Salary) Senior Investigations Officer

About the Role
Lead and manage investigations into program participants to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Working within a collaborative Risk, Assurance & Standards team, you'll analyse data, handle customer and regulatory referrals, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations that support fair outcomes and industry integrity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct complex investigations into retailers and installers.
- Prepare briefs of evidence and reports with clear recommendations.
- Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and regulators to resolve issues via phone and email.
- Mentor team members and help improve investigation processes.
About You
- Experienced in compliance, enforcement, or regulatory investigations.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Confident managing sensitive or complex matters.
- Background in energy, construction, or other regulated industries (advantageous).
- Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) desirable.
