About the Role: We are seeking a Full time or Part Time Pharmacist to join a pharmacy on the Northern Tablelands in the New England region of NSW. We have an enthusiastic and engaged pharmacy owner who works in the store, and supported by a friendly and experienced team. We have a nice community with genuinely lovely customers who are loyal to our service. As Pharmacist, you will be required to serve customers, dispense scripts, meds checks, perform OTC sales, vaccinations and check webster packs as well as other usual pharmacist duties.

About the Location: This delightful country town is home to approximately over 2000 residents with its main industries include fine wool and prime lambs, beef cattle, potatoes and tomatoes. It offers a wonderful community-oriented lifestyle to its residents and is a great place to raise a family or escape the daily grind of city life. The city has a lot to offer including wonderful schools and churches, art galleries, a music centre, annual city festivals, boutique shopping, great restaurants and cafes, a number of museums and more The town is on the New England Highway in north west NSW, approx 35 km from Arimdale and 480km north of Sydney and is easily accessible by NSW TrainLink, private coaches and road.

Responsibilities

- Serve customers and dispense scripts
- Perform med checks
- OTC sales
- Vaccinations (accreditation required or willing to obtain)
- Check Webster packs and perform other usual pharmacist duties

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, friendly, reliable, empathetic and enthusiastic
- Friendly and enjoy interacting with customers and building rapport
- Excellent computer skills
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Familiarity with Z Dispense and Z POS is an advantage
- Accredited to vaccinate or willing to obtain accreditation
- All levels of experience are welcome to apply

Offer

Competitive salary on offer, with $50-$55 an hour on Weekdays, $60-$65 an hour on Saturdays plus super dependent on experience. The pharmacy is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 9am to 12pm. Part Time position 2- 3 days per week flexible with roster, prefer local candidate. Full Time positions offer relocation and accommodation assistance. Additionally potential future partnership opportunities are available for the ideal candidate.
