Task & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Mix, shape, and bake a variety of breads.
- Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment and work areas.
- Monitor ingredient quality and quantities.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills.
- Approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, prioritizing both team and individual success.
- Preferably bilingual in English and Vietnamese.

Additional Duties:

- Organise and prepare food items.
- Present food attractively.
- Prepare appetizers, salads, and desserts.
- Produce French baguettes, sandwiches, pies, pastries, and cakes.
- Prepare bakery products for patisseries.

Qualified Baker with 2 plus years experience
