About CREST Education
CREST Education comprises two independent, coeducational schools with over 2,200 students, an Equestrian Centre, and an Environmental Reserve at Clyde North. Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels. Rivercrest Christian College is an authorised International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP) World School.
CREST Education is inviting interested candidates to apply for the role of Learning Diversity Teacher, commencing 2025 with the possibility of an early T4-2024 start.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the learning of students with identified needs.
Qualifications
- Desire to teach in an environment where both Christian values and the development of the whole child are valued.
- Current VIT registration with a passion for teaching a diverse range of learners.
- Current curriculum knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those requiring additional support, putting into practice support strategies and applying the principles of inclusion and diversity.
- Demonstrated understanding of the need to address the academic, social, and emotional needs of students.
- Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
