Project Consultant

We are looking for a Project Consultant to join our client's professional services team in Sydney, who are going through an exciting period of growth. This role involves managing multiple in-flight projects, working alongside solutions architects and project leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in Azure, 365, Intune, VMware or Hyper‑V, and infrastructure deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver multiple projects end-to-end from initial scoping and design through to deployment.

- Create and maintain project documentation including design documents, implementation plans, and operational handover materials.

- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Project Leaders to develop and implement technical strategies.

- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered on time.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Support pre‑sales activities such as solution scoping, estimation, and client presentations where required.

Required Experience

- Microsoft certifications such as AZ‑104, AZ‑500, MS‑102.

- Experience delivering projects in a Managed Services environment.

- Experience with pre‑sales activities is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in Azure (services deployment), Microsoft 365, VMware or Hyper‑V, and infrastructure deployment.

- Experience with modern workplace technologies such as Intune and Autopilot.

- Strong documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail.

- Hands‑on technical experience is essential; this is not a project manager role.
